The bot has access to the following types of data, enabling it to perform its functions effectively:
Message Data
The bot can access messages sent within the server. This capability allows the bot to read messages, which is essential for responding to commands and moderating server activity.
Member Presence and Activity Status
If members have allowed Discord to access their status information, the bot can view their online statuses as well as their current activities, such as playing games, watching videos, or listening to music. This functionality is solely used to enable the bot to display a dynamic presence, adapting its status based on server activities.
Member Data and Server Roles
The bot can access information about server members, including their roles, nicknames, and permissions. This data is utilized for features such as channel creation and managing permissions within the server.
Baseline Discord Bot Data
The bot also has access to the standard set of data available to all Discord bots. For more details about this baseline data, please refer to Discord's official documentation in their Help Centre.
Data Retention and Privacy
The bot does not store any user data, with one exception: information about the time interval between pings for the "ping moderation" feature. This information is retained only temporarily and is automatically deleted after 6 hours or upon the bot's update or restart.
Your privacy and data security are important to us, and the bot is designed to operate with minimal data retention while adhering to Discord's policies.
