Setting Up Your Ticket Bot

Get started with your Ticket Bot quickly and efficiently! Follow these steps to add the bot to your server and configure it for optimal use. The server owner must run all of the commands (this is for the safety of the server).

Step By Step Set Up Commands

Get started with your Ticket Bot quickly and efficiently! Follow these steps to add the bot to your server and configure it for optimal use.

Set Up the Ticket Team:

Run /ticketteam to create the role that will have access to manage and respond to tickets.

Configure the Ticket Category:

Use /ticketcat to specify the category where ticket channels will be created called Tickets.

Blacklist Roles (Soon To Be Optional):

Use /blacklistedrole to prevent specific members from opening or viewing tickets.

Enable Ticket Creation:

In the channel where users will create tickets, run /ticket to set it as the designated ticket creation channel.

Optional Commands

Set Up Ticket Logs:

Use /ticketlogs to designate a channel for logging ticket activity, such as ticket creation, closure, and updates.
